Playtraits is operated by TYGP Technologies LLC. We use your information to create and deliver the portraits you request.
What the studio uses
We use your uploaded photo, portrait choices, and name to make your portraits. If you purchase, your checkout email can be used to help you find your collection. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
Where photos go
Photos and generated portraits are stored privately. Your uploaded photo is sent to our AI image provider when making a portrait. Your private collection link grants access to your collection; share it only with people you trust.
One year in your collection
Uploaded photos and generated portraits are kept for one year from collection creation. Collection links then expire, and files are automatically removed from active storage. Download purchased portraits before that date. Payment records held by Stripe may follow separate retention requirements.
Your device
We save your studio choices in session storage and recent collection links in local storage so you can come back. Photos are uploaded to the studio, not stored in browser local storage.
Preview mode
The local studio preview uses sample portraits and simulated payments. Uploaded photos stay in the local development storage unless remote storage has been explicitly configured.
Questions or deletion requests
Contact hello@playtraits.com about privacy or to request deletion of your collection. Include your collection link so we can identify it and verify your request. Photos are processed using OpenAI, stored privately with Vercel, and collection records are stored in Neon. Stripe handles checkout. When enabled, Resend delivers requested collection recovery emails.
